          Body Care Routine?

 

Body care routine is an important as well. Body care means take care of body in a systematic manner. Here are some steps include to make a complete body care routine.


 

·    Daily Care

 

Some steps to perform daily. These are describing below briefly.

 

1.            Cleansing

 

 First thing to keep in mind is to keep our body clean! Washing the body daily will help to prevent skin irritation as well as removing the bacteria that causes body odor. In order to keep body clean, we should our body clean.

 

Use gentle Body Wash once a day to clean your entire body and it helps to get rid of Dirt, Oil, Sweat, Odor, bacteria and many other impurities.

3.            Sun Protection

 

 Sun Protection is must. It will not only important to protect your face from sun but also protect your body against sun rays. UV rays are harmful to our skin. Sunscreen reduces your overall UV explosure and lowering the risk of Skin Cancer.

 

UVB rays affect the surface of our skin and responsible for giving us a Sun Burn. They even cause Cancer.

 

                     UVB can cause Burning.

UVA rays penetrate more deeply into our skin can cause Wrinkles and Premature Skin.

1.      Exfoliation

 

Exfoliation is as important as cleansing, it help to keep our body clean, it keeps dead skin cells away. If they are not removed they makes our body dull, dry, dirty and forms patches.  Don’t forget to pay extra attention to your elbows, knees and heels. Exfoliating helps to keep your skin extra soft and smooth by removing dead skin cells.

1.           Brightening mask on Hands and Legs

 

 Your Hands and Legs needs an extra care. That’s why try a brightening mask on hands and legs. Dullness and Suntan makes your hands and legs dull. And it also helps in getting rid of Blemishes, Tan and Dullness.

 

 

2.           Underarm Masks-

 

Try underarm mask on every month to get rid of toxins that have built up to your skin. It also helps to reduce the capacity of sweat that causing bacteria and amount of odor they produced. Underarm mask also increases the effectiveness of natural deodorant. It also prevents darkness in that area.

 

Don’t forget to moisturized your armpits. Use coconut oil as a natural lightening agent.

DIY:

 

1.            Milk and Orange Peel-

 

Mix Milk and Orange Peel Powder and make a thick mixture. Wash your hands and feet in water. then apply the paste. Wash it with water after 20 minutes.

This will help to reduce your tan and masks too.

 

2.            Milk and Banana

 

Mash Banana in Milk to make a paste. Apply in on clean hands for 15-20 minutes. It is perfect mask for brightening and whitening of skin on your hands.

 

 

3.            Oatmeal and Honey

 

Mix Oatmeal and Honey to make a paste. Gently apply the mixture on hand and legs. Wait. Then wash it off with water.

This will give you smooth texture and even skin tone.

 

4.            Oatmeal and Yoghurt

 

Mix Oatmeal and Yoghurt to make a paste then apply on clean hands and legs.

 

 

5.            Gram flour and Milk

 

Mix Gram flour, Milk, Honey and Turmeric into a paste. Apply it on your body. Wait until it semi dry and wash it off water.

 

6.            Gram flour and Dried Rose Petals

 

Mix Gram flour dried Rose Petals and Rice flour into a paste. Apply all over the skin for 15 minutes then starts gentle massage on your skin.

 

7.  Gram flour and Almond flour

 

Mix equal quantity of Gram flour and Almond flour and mix them with a help of Rose Water

/honey/raw milk / or plain water to make a paste. Apply on your body. wait, then wash if off with plain water.

 

Extras:

 

1.  Pour olive oil into your bath tub and soak for 10 minutes.

2.  For inflamed skin Epsom salt has long been used. It has anti- inflammatory properties and can soothe skin.

3.  Oiling is the excellent way to make your skin glowing. Right after bathing apply oil in slightly damp skin. It is the best way to make your skin glowing.

4.  Dry brushing for 2-5 minutes before shower to remove dead cells.

5.  Cut an orange into halves and apply it on your elbows and knees. It helps soften those rough patches. And its smells good.

6.  Mix a 2 to 1 ratio of Olive Oil and Sea Salt to make a quick and effective Body Scrub.

7.  Use Coconut Oil on your legs as a Natural replacement of Shaving cream.

8.   Apply some Oil to your Elbows to make them soft, smooth.
