Milk and Banana
Mash
Banana in Milk to make a paste. Apply in on clean hands for 15-20 minutes. It
is perfect mask for brightening and whitening of skin on your hands.
3.
Oatmeal and Honey
Mix
Oatmeal and Honey to make a paste. Gently apply the mixture on hand and legs. Wait.
Then wash it off with water.
This
will give you smooth texture and even skin tone.
4.
Oatmeal and Yoghurt
Mix
Oatmeal and Yoghurt to make a paste then apply on clean hands and legs.

Gram flour and Milk
Mix
Gram flour, Milk, Honey and Turmeric into a paste. Apply it on your body. Wait
until it semi dry and wash it off water.
6.
Gram flour and Dried
Rose Petals
Mix
Gram flour dried Rose Petals and Rice flour into a paste. Apply all over the skin
for 15 minutes then starts gentle massage on your skin.
7. Gram flour
and Almond flour
Mix
equal quantity of Gram flour and Almond flour and mix them with a help of Rose
Water
/honey/raw
milk / or plain water to make a paste. Apply on your body. wait, then wash if
off with plain water.
Extras:
1. Pour olive oil into your bath tub and soak for 10 minutes.
2. For inflamed skin Epsom salt has long been used. It has anti- inflammatory
properties and can soothe skin.
3. Oiling is the excellent way to make your skin glowing. Right
after bathing apply oil in slightly damp skin. It is the best way to make your
skin glowing.
4. Dry brushing for 2-5 minutes before shower to remove dead
cells.
5. Cut an orange into halves and apply it on your elbows and knees.
It helps soften those rough patches. And its smells good.
6. Mix a 2 to 1 ratio of Olive Oil and Sea Salt to make a quick
and effective Body Scrub.
7. Use Coconut Oil on your legs as a Natural replacement of Shaving
cream.
8. Apply some Oil to your
Elbows to make them soft, smooth.
